What we do
The Center for Applied Research and Analysis (CARA) provides research and evaluation services, consulting, and technical assistance to local, state, federal, private sector, and nonprofit clients. Combining current academic knowledge, rigorous social science research and best practices in evaluation, CARA informs policy makers about the impact of their decisions and programs on the populations they serve.
