Amir is a Research Scientist on the staff of the Center for Applied Research and Analysis (CARA). He has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SPSS, database management, research analysis on criminal justice policies, and program evaluation. Amir is known for his diligent work ethic, attention to detail, positive work attitude, and willingness to learn new concepts.

Professional Experience

Mr. Chapel has worked at the Institute for Social Research (ISR) since 2011. A graduate from the University of New Mexico (UNM), Amir has taken on a variety of tasks while employed at NMSC. Amir is currently a Research Scientist III working with CARA on the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Behavioral Health Initiative.
